I was about to write the same thing but very low blood pressure comes with problems too, mine use to be very high but now it stays normal, at about 120/115 depending what I ate. Im trying to eat more healthy.

My mum has diabetes she has to limit carbs and sugar and not eat so much fruit, and it depends on what kind of fruit, tomatoes can spike your sugar Its always best to talk to doctor everyone is different, I just cant have to much carbs, makes me fat and tired but fruit no problem.

I have cut down on sugar, I try not to have more than 9 grams each meal, snacks I like it to be even less than that. I was reading Jackie Warner's book This Is Why Your Fat. Its a great read, I take a few of her tips. Sugar Nation is a great read too, very interesting post.

I don't start eating till about 11am and I stop eating at about 7 or 8pm, this works for me, because I never really like having breakfast So I guess this is IF. we all do It unless your eating when your sleeping, I just extend it and break it at 11

Lose very slowly, that helps and I've always put coco butter or some other moisturiser since teens. My highest weight lost I would have to say 25- 30lbs and I carried it well 5ft 5 and drink water.
