Me and my husband usually take turns working out and watching the kids or we have the kids sit on the couch and be our judges as who is doing better and working harder. When they are younger than my two youngest (5 and 6) I know it is difficult. We also try doing mat work like our abs and our cats will want attention too…

I agree with that! However dark chocolate is okay but one or two pieces at a time to help curb the craving. Also, keep myself busy, exercising, eating something healthier and one small piece of the dark chocolate or a 1/2 cup of lowfat sugar free ice cream.

The way I make it for my husband who loves spicy stuff is I use white tuna in water, rinse and drain, add fat free mayo, cajun seasoning, red hot sauce, a small pinch of garlic salt and dill weed seasoning.

I used to and got my kids to now cuz they love it, they eat their scrambled eggs in maple syrup. My weird mix is probably peanut butter, cream cheese and turkey bacon sandwiches. LOL Don't ask. haha I was preggers and even afterwards i still liked it! ;)
