  • Its better than not eating breakfast at all. I have heard differing theories on working out before breakfast, or if eating first is better. I wouldn't worry too much about it, as long as you are eating breakfast and getting enough nutrients.
  • When I am counting calories, I count everything... down to how many pieces of sugar free gum I chew. If I am going to put the effort into counting what goes into me, I might as well count everything. I am the type where nibbling and tasting will wreck a count though, so I have to go a little OCD for the most honest results.
  • Holy crudmonkeys!!! My happy weight is 152.1 pounds... My goal weight is 145. The weight my Sergeant thinks should be my goal weight for optimal awesomeness is 135. So I have no idea what number I should go by...
