I've wanted to try it, but I do the my Crystal Light. I haven't had any though since Feb. The sweetener tricks your brain into thinking you are hungry when you are not. I'm afraid too get back on it.

I'm 5'6'' and eat 1500-1700 cal. It has helped me lose 6 pounds so far, and I know i will continue to drop. I burn about 800-1000 a week in workouts doing ease into 5k. Sometimes more if I add a zumba class to it. My blog is open.
