this is such a long thread, but just in case anyone gets this far...... I made this same thing with deer steak (venison) that had been pressure cooked & pulled. It is amazing, even lower cal since i leave out the corn & beans and added more spicy tomatoes.

My scale has just tossed the same 3 pounds at me for weeks now. If I keep kicking it, it will have brain damage LOL!
