  • Are you using an HRM to know how much you are burning for sure? I got one a little over a week ago and my workouts were burning 100-200 cal per day more than I thought and I wasn't getting all 1200 some days, I might have been under eating without really knowing it. Very hungry some days.

  • Foot numbness was an issue I had with the collapsing discs in my back. Before having the surgery I had both feet numb much of the time. If it continues, be sure to get it checked!

  • So happy to see the deer meat on your list. This is one place I hadn't put deer, but we eat a lot of it here. Cheapest, healthiest meat we can get our hands on! I usually put it in my stir fry and fajitas. Thanks for the new idea!

  • basically shred some chicken breast, put it in a crock pot with 1 jar salsa, 1 can rotel, 1 block fat free cream cheese, ( i left out the corn), 1 can black beans-drained. I put it in a soft taco shell with cheese sprinkled on top for kiddos, ate mine with lettuce, cheese & ff sour cream. YUM YUM YUM!
