Hi! Can I join and friend you ladies too? I'm 55 and it's true that the weight just doesn't want to come off!! Did I accidentally eat some super glue with that fat, it sure is stuck on, lol. In my 20's I could lose weight just by thinking about it, lol, time changes everything!

Almost exactly as I make it- although I add a couple of cups of water, a chicken boullion cube, diced carrots, celery, and 2 cups of frozen mixed veggies, and a can of campbells cream of mushroom soup at the end- nice and creamy, and ohhhh so good!
