HAPPY MONDAY! Week 8, Day 1, Yoga X complete. I feel ready to conquer the day after completing Yoga X. It was once my most dreaded workout, now, I can't imagine not doing it. I would prefe that it be only an hour but 90 minutes forces me to pace myself and strive for self discipline.

Week 7, Day 5, Yoga X Done. Still short one work out but hope to fit it in before the end of this P90X journey. I'll start with week 8 tomorrow. Yoga X (again) :)

Week 6, Day 4, Back, Biceps, and Ab ripper X Check! Doing the Mason twists at the end of ab ripper x felt so good today. I feel super charged and ready to start my day. Keep sticking with it ladies. I'm behind you 110%!

Week 5, Day 6, Kenpo X Done! Yesterday was my rest day. Kenpo X was so much fun, I could have continued for another hour. I'll be doing Yoga X tomorrow since I'll have more time and may need to switch things up a bit to ensure that I get all workouts done this week. Gotta have a plan. Keep bringing it ladies.

My endorphins are flowing and I "FEEL GOOD." Week 4, Day 3, Kenpo X is done! I wish this feeling could last forever. I feel more committed now to completing this journey with all of you. Week 4, Day 2, Core Synergistics Complete! I enjoyed this workout because it included a little bit of everything. After doing yoga yesterday, this workout felt like it was only 10 minutes long. I feel rejuvenated and ready to conquer the world but I'm hungry so off to dinner I go! Keep bringing it ladies!
