I know how you feel :( I HATE working out. I'd much rather have a nap, but I push myself to work out (and it's a VERY hard push believe me). But what makes it SO much better are my headphones. After years of not taking proper care of myself, with this past week of pretty vigorous exercise, it feels like all of my muscles are coming back to life and tingling. I really like that.
