Thanks for starting the group, Kara! My name is Corinne and my son is 14 months. I work full-time and have struggled with "putting myself first" in terms of health ever since I was pregnant. I've come to realize that if I don't put myself first I won't be around later for my little man so it's now or never.

Yum - sounds delish. I usually make my quinoa with diced, roasted veggies and then make quinoa cakes the next day using the leftovers.

I ate a spoonful of Nutella right out of the jar once a day...but a healthier suggestion would be to blend some Greek yogurt (such as Fage) with some Nutella or some peanut butter and snack on that. It's a pretty nice topping for toast and a nice dip for fresh fruit as well.
