I'm no expert by any means but EVERYTHING I have ever heard says "you need plenty of sleep"! I have a 23 month old so I get NO sleep... messes ya all up! So I am a firm believer you need minimum 7-8 hours every night - but like i said - i'm no expert just what i have always heard...

Congrats! I had gestational diabeites with my last child... just eat awsome and walk! I only. Gained 11 pounds that way and my son was perfect! Good luck and congrats again!

sounds like your doing GREAT! Keep it up! Definetly don't be discouraged with your loss vs. your hubby's either - men do tend to loose faster - its all good! Your loosing and thats all that matters!

Brussel sprouts - tuna and all sorts of fruit! can't wait to go buy some more today and make a big fruit salad and have some Brussel sprouts for dinner! Tuna for lunch again i'm thinking too - altough never know!

I have a graduation party tomorrow also - its gonna be ruff BUT i figure if i have done this good all week - IF (and i probley will) i mess up tomorrow its ok because i will be right back on track sunday! Good luck and here's hoping there are veggie trays for all!

I'll give this a shot ~ logging is already making me more aware of what i am eating an how much maybe doing this will make me even more aware... let me know also if you see anything i should switch up thru the week to help

I just started out also and I know you have to eat to loose - if you don't eat enuff your body just holds on to what you do eat... if you have a hard time eating enuff caloies - add an extra fruit or veggie to a meal to help - good luck... (i tend to have the opposite issue - I eat what i should then feel hungry anyways...)
