  • YES! I pack a bag of healthy snacks too. This was suggested to me and I was so happy I did it. I was able to maintain my sugar/protien level and did not hit the low and no energy. This is an awesome tip!
  • I like subway. They have some great choices. I just came home from vacation at family's. I just told my mom what I needed. I never said why just that it was what I like to eat.
