  • Okay, I finished level 1 (10 days) and I lost 2 lbs and I do see/feel change. Not sure if anyone else see's it. But I am going to take a picture to compare with day 1. Starting level 2 today...see how the next 10 days goes!!! :bigsmile:

  • I do not like diet soda either but I have found that Coke Zero is not so bad. Like they say "Real coca cola taste and zero calories". I like it! But like the others said, if you can fit it into your calories then just have the real thing once in a while.

  • I get up at 4:45AM :yawn: and pick up my friend and we go to a bootcamp workout class from 5:30-6:30AM on MWF. I have two kids at home and my husband is there at that time to watch them.
