  • Level 3 Day 6 done!! Felt good this morning. Kids were off of school today so I got to get up a little later and that was great! had more energy for the workout this morning. 4 more days and I am DONE!! I will move on to ripped in 30.

  • Level 3 day 1 complete! I thought I was going to die when she had us in plea and had us jump up in that position! :noway: The lunge jumps were a little difficult for my knees too.   • I started 30 DS 9/30. I do it 5 days a week and rest on the weekends. So I did 2 weeks of level 1 and now I am on day 9 of level 2. will do 10th day tomorrow and rest(walking) on the weekend.
