  • How tall are you? How much do you weigh now?? Did you use the recommended settingings??? It think if youset your calories too low you can put your self into startvation mode.   • HOw tall are you?? 104 is pretty low but depending on how tall you are...you could look very sick at the weight. 117lb weight. Maybe you don't need to lose weight, you just need to tone.   • I am on day 5! I've pretty much done it every day. I'm still on level one. I have been using 5 lbs weights but these are a little heavy for some of the exercises.
