I agree with you. I'm hoping his 'press crew' has given the standard what to say, what not to ask list, and considering they pulled him from an interview with Seacrest when he asked about the relationship at one of the premiers, I'm sure that will happen again

The 5 days before my last weigh-in I was on a "reset" of sorts, trying to get off my plateau, so I set my calories to maintain current weight, and I ended up losing 2.8 pounds. One thing I've noticed in his older scarier books, unless it was something "concrete" (the kid in firestarter, the dog in cujo, the car in Christine) there are so many things that he puts in them that I can come up with something that is so much scarier in my mind than what they put on the screen.

Sand run metro park is the best for jogging, several areas to park & a paved walking/jogging path along the road. Thats slightly hilly, not bad. There's also several different trails

I use quick add when I go out to eat to a restaurant that doesn't offer nutritional information, or is a work dinner, which is usually buffet. Ill guess as close as I can, then quick add maybe 200-300 calories to allow for difference in prep
