I think the heart rate monitor would be better for what you're wanting to judge calories for. I have a fitbit & a HRM watch, I normally only use the fitbit to track steps taken/miles walked. for actual burns during workouts at the gym a HRM is better

I do, because it's a wake up call when you hit complete & see that 5 week potential, plus if I show a gain, I want to be able to look back & see what I did through the week & do differently the next

I'm here, was starting to think I was the only one. Sort of Twi related, I took the godkids to CiCi's for pizza today (their favorite, not mine) and they have a new pizza with extra garlic, the sign says "vampires beware" I said to my goddaughter "I guess I better watch out" and she said "No, you're not sparkling"

I need to lose about 115 more pounds. I set my goal weight as a 10% loss from my starting weight, then when I hit that, I reset it for another 10% loss from that weight. Seeing 25 pounds to go is much easier than seeing 115 pounds to go because it sounds obtainable

Same thing as today. Cherry-Almond steel cut oatmeal that I made in the crock pot the other day when I was off work. I make enough for a week & put it in individual containers in the fridge

Lunch. Today is payday & I always go to lunch with a friend. It was her turn to pick, and she chose mcdonalds. I could have had a salad or chicken sandwich but I made all the wrong choices

I always get a carnitas bowl with rice, black beans, fajita veggies, corn & fresh salsa and cheese. I can usually get 2 meals out of it too

I record both, it tells me I've lost 28 pounds, which is what i've lost from the beginning.

Since you're set at lightly active, I'd only log the cleaning & things like that if they are over & above normal daily housework

I weigh in every tuesday at the gym before hydro-pilates, and I log that weight, whether its a loss or gain

Restaurant salads in general. You think you're doing the 'right thing' by ordering a salad then find out you'd be better off with a burger

I had a similar sparkly moment yesterday. I was on a mini-vacation to Niagara Falls with the godkids & i have a holographic glitter nail polish on & had my hand resting on a rock wall when I was "dazzled" by the sparkles

Scale went up a tiny bit this week, but between dealing with my *kitten* doctor on tuesday & making me stressed, and turning 41 on wednesday, I was glad it was as small as it was. I'm good with the water, having a problem with exercise minutes because If i'm not in the water classes, where there is a set time, I'm walking…
