sounds good to me. I seem to do better when I have a challenge. On a happy note, I finally broke through the 250 plateau that i've been hovering around since february. Not by much, but 249.4 is good enough for me

I love my fitbit. I like to use it to challenge myself to try for a few more steps each day & I love seeing how I slept the night before especially when I think I've slept well but still wake up exhausted

I personally don't use mine to count workouts that are not walking because they have a higher calorie burn. I like it because it motivates me to try to do a little more each day than I did the last

I know the water part always helps me, because I never drink enough water. Also maybe do the same exercise (4/7 days) but make it a certain amount of time too?

I'm starting to think the fitbit overestimates calories burned. I think I'm going to start not wearing the fitbit while walking for exercise, and wearing my hrm to get a more accurate count. The sweets have been bad this week, i've been very stressed at work, and there are not really any healthy options available at work…
