Personally, I'm doing better on mfp than I did on weight watchers, either online or going to actual meetings

I wasn't eating them, but I've noticed when I eat at least some of them back, I get better results on the scale.

I had to do something similar, I started eating more of my earned from exercise calories & it helped

I track calories, sodium, and calcium. I never seem to get enough calcium so I chose to track that, and having high blood pressure, I track the sodium

I have a butterfly on my ankle about an inch or so from my ankle bone, it was my first tattoo, and it didn't hurt bad at all. I'd say about a 3-4

my weigh in was 261 which is 17.3 down from June, and i've lost about 3 inches combined in the past 2 weeks

I'll have an occasional drink when out with friends, but not very often. Personally I'd rather eat the calories instead of drinking them
