I either use 2% milk, or vanilla coconut milk from Trader Joes (it's cheaper there). Almond milk is good too. I personally don't care for the taste of soy milk, so I try to avoid that

IMO, I think they're just taking a 2 week break after the episode on the 17th, since the two tuesdays after that are Christmas Eve & New Years eve, and there will most likely be special programming on those nights

For me, this is why I have cut out most pop. At one point, I was drinking 1-2 20oz mountain dews daily, and at 290 calories a bottle, I could eat a lot more real food

I've stopped drinking 1-2 20oz bottles of pop daily. I now only have pop once or twice a week, because I realized that the 300 calories in the bottle of mountain dew could be better 'spent' on something much more enjoyable
