Not obscure, but I can watch Shawshank Redemption any time it's on tv, I've been where they filmed several times for tours. Any Tim Burton movie, especially with Johnny Depp. Cosmopolis, although it confuses me. And since someone mentioned Jim Jarmusch, his latest movie Only Lovers Left Alive is my current favorite

I made a smoothie with oatmeal in it, and chia once. You blended the oatmeal until it was a flour-like texture before mixing in the other ingredients and when it was done, the texture of the smoothie was just disgusting

I love my fitbit flex. I tried a bodymedia fit for a while, but I found I didn't like the armband, and the bodymedia site is a monthly subscription, where the fitbit is free

Seriously cutting down on pop, I'll drink it once a week, if that. Also I've quit going to buffet restaurants because every time I go, I feel I have to "get my moneys worth" so I eat way too much

For me, I like to eat at a lot of local restaurants instead of national chains, and if I can't find the actual info, I'll pick something that seems similar, guessing on the high side just to be safe

One idea would to be make smoothies for her with yogurt, frozen fruit & milk, then add a packet of carnation instant breakfast vanilla for a little extra nutrition to it (healthier version of what I did for my dad when he was going through chemo, I made him milkshakes with an added packet of the instant breakfast)

I did fitorbit.com & paid $99 for 3 months of weekly meal plans that included 3 meals a day, 1-3 snacks plus workout plans & access to a personal trainer to chat with whenever I needed to ask a question or get feedback. This didn't include food, but I did receive a detailed grocery list each week with the menu

I love mine, you can add other frozen fruit or stir in some peanut butter. However, it is VERY IMPORTANT TO PEEL THE BANANAS BEFORE FREEZING THEM. Sorry for the shouting there, just a warning from someone who forgot to peel before freezing

I had the same situation last week, lost 10 pounds in 5 days, I've gained a few back now that I'm eating again though. Take care of yourself first, eat whatever you can keep down, then once you are feeling better worry about meeting calorie goals, macros, etc
