mine too... I haven't lost much to begin with, but the only thing that fits different is my bra :(

I had gotten the shot 3 times, and after i decided to go off of it, it took me almost a year to get a normal cycle back.

I haven't tried it, i haven't even looked at it, but i'd imagine you could do just about anything on MFP

In the morning, preferably after hubby leaves for work, and before the kids get up. If they are awake, they interfere w/ my workout (climbing on me, getting in my way, or just doing something so that I have to stop and tend to them). Nap time is spent recovering the house and getting dinner started. I don't like an…

Honestly, I in the past few weeks, I have found myself being fully satisfied, but short of my calories, even on some days I didn't exercise. It has me wondering how I got fat in the first place. But, one thing that I think makes the biggest difference, is I'm drinking water. At least a 1/2 gallon, to a full gallon a day. I…

Buy the scale, or he could help you measure your loss in other ways. Looking in the mirror, you won't notice anything, you might not even notice the diffrence yourself in your clothes. But, if you take measurements and take pictures to compare every week, then you'll see those sliding and changing. But, really, if you're…

I eat my ice cream out of a cone. It's only 50 extra calories for the small keebler sugar cones, and when it's gone, it has a doneness that a bowl doesn't. Maybe because the bowl can be refilled, but you eat the cone, Whatever it is, it keeps me from going back for more. And one measured serving of ice cream fits the cone…

I'm gonna try these soon. Only I'll try it w/ real food (sugar and whole eggs) I know it'll up the cal. intake, but I'm trying to eat more natural foods

think I might make this w/ the choc. cherries.

Do they even put sugar in soda these days? It's carbonated water, HFCS or aspartame (or other artificial sweeteners) and chemicals.

Just like to clarify, my back piece is not a tramp stamp, which is usually a design that runs left to right, mine is a fairy sitting upright on a mushroom and goes from my hips up to the middle of my back

Depends where and what. I have 3, but most ppl think I have none or one since you can't see them unless I wear clothes that reveal them. I've got one on my hipbone, R shoulder blade and lower-mid back piece. If I looked like I looked when I got them, they'd be hot, but not so much right now lol I'm not a fan of women w/…

Yes, I did, It's as effective as a placebo and the hormone isn't making you lose weight, the 500 calorie diet is what makes them lose weight... If you only eat 500 calories, of course you'll weight, while you starve yourself.

Your hips don't change from being pregnant?Really?? http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/609037/changes_to_a_womans_body_after_childbirth.html An excerpt I find interesting, under the permanent changes: "Hip size Of course, when you were pregnant, your body adjusted to be able to fit the growing baby inside of you, and…

IMO, unless someone in the marriage is abusive, you should do everything you can to salvage it. It s'addens me how now a days so many people act like marriage vows are the romantic equivalent of a cell phone contract. You made a sacred vow to your husband. Have you even talked to him about how you're feeling? If you're…

My Mom gave me hers since she wasn't impressed with her results vs the effort she was putting out. I'm going to start it July 1st, and see how I do. I'm too out of shape and intimidated to try it right now. I'm hoping for a little improvement in the next two weeks... either in my body or my attitude

I regret the Nestle crunch bar I ate the other day, mid-day... but I don't regret the 300+ calorie magnum bar I ate at about 10 pm that night. The magnum is what I REALLY wanted when I ate the crunch bar. I think I'm gonna give up cheap register candy. They really don't taste that great when you compare them to good…

I have 2 babies at home, so a 20 minute jog really isn't an option, nor is it appealing w all the rainstorms we've been having... So I most likely wouldn't do it, so anyone who wants to dis the Wii can kiss it. We aren't all perfect, and like you said, it's more than we'd be doing sitting around feeling guilty.

I did the same thing yesterday. I took my kids to a morning movie and over did it on the popcorn ended up being 100 cals from my limit, so I pulled out my Wii and started boxing. Before I knew it, 45 minutes had passed and I had not only "earned" dinner, but I had calories to spare. On one level, I knew I was exercising,…

Congratulations!!! On not only the birth of your baby, but the decision to breast feed as well. Best of luck on your journey to weight loss. I'm not near qualified to give you advice on calories and working out, but I will tell you... Drink LOTS of water and get as much sleep as you can. That's not just generic new mom…

With my first, I was also in the MIL. I lost most the weight pretty quickly since my command PT'd like CRAZY, but my body was definitely different, as my hips had widened. I stayed 5-8 lbs over until I got preggers w/ DS. DD is now 3 1/2 With Baby #2, I was in my pre pregnancy jeans w/ in the first few months, but it…

I'm 5'5.5" I have my goal set at 135, but at my thinnest, I weighed 132 and looked sick but wore a size 2. I've had 2 kids since then, so I don't know what is 100% realistic for me, I mainly just want to look good, feel comfortable in my own skin and be healthy. 125 would not be good for me, but it might be good for you.…

I keep a cold bottle in the fridge, and just sip from it through out the day. I've only been drinking water for 3 days now, but each day I've drank 4 20oz bottles w/o even trying. I can't sit there and consciously drink a glass at a time, otherwise I feel the same way. To save on the cost of bottled water, I bought a BRITA…
