I only lost 2 inches from my waist when I did the 30day through and through. I also also 33 inches in my waist so I had quite a bit to lose there! I'm doing it a second time now to see if I can lose another 2. :D

I chose 150. Figured if I can lose 50 pounds and see how my 5'3 frame looks at 150, then I can lose more if I want when I do reach that weight. My goal pant size would be an 8.. I came here saying I wanted to reach 170 by the end of the 6 weeks. I reached 171.6 this morning. I guess I overshot my estimate of only losing 6-7 pounds these 6 weeks. Haha.

I've had 1 meatless day so far. :) So I MIGHT be able to make this. :D And I was under my calorie goal only thanks to my exercise cals.. Does that count?

I personally would continue finishing level 1 since you skipped 2 days just so you can get a full 30 days done with the video. But do what you want. If you want to do level 2, then do so! :)

My love handles have totally shrunk down with dieting and exercise. The exercise makes it shrink faster for sure. :)
