I usually bring my clothes to the Family Pathways in Wyoming, and it opens the beginning of February if I have the right information. I'll keep you posted since I go in for orientation on the 26th.

I was scared to see my weight when I first started. Whenever I got weighed at the doctors I always never looked. Having a start weight has made me feel better of the progress I've made now, along with taking measurements.

If you refuse to exercise today, then stop worrying about the fact you went over. It's just 1 day, make yourself do better tomorrow. You can't beat yourself up every time you go over when you won't do the exercise to make it better. It's too negative to do anything positive.

Just finished all the dips. Yeah I did the modified version of the dips. I wouldn't be able to do them any other way!

A day at the spa, and some more clothes (I'm about to buy a new wardrobe soon since I just found a second job that requires me to interact with people). I've never stepped foot into a spa before, so I think I want some pampering!

40 tricep dips to go.. Haha. Man my arms are killing me already. I think we need to re-evaluate the order of these next time. Too many arm things in a row. Edit so I don't have to post again.. and seem like Im talking to myself! Just did 200 jumping jacks. :D

I have trouble with this as well. Especially if I am far too lazy to go and portion it all up after making it all.

I graduated in 07. I was somewhere in the 180-190 range. I was in that range all of Highschool. I remember fitting into a size 18 in 9th grade! So I might have been around 200 at some point. I graduated at size 16 pants. I am now 162ish. and a size 13/14

I commemorate anyone who can do 50 pushups in a row! My arms are tired. I had to break it up into 20's, then wait and do 10. Haha.

My elbow is all fine and dandy! I'll get to doing those silly pushups later. My dog wants to bother me right now in the middle of the floor so it has to wait. :P yes.. My dog is taking priority over the pushups.. Haha

While doing the swimmer presses earlier this morning, I heard something in my elbow pop. Well.. Now my elbow is all achy and lame. :( I hope it feels better by tomorrow so I can do my pushups!

I did my walking lunges at 1:10am this morning since that's when I finally got home! I just now did 100 jumping jacks, and I'll do my swimmers press after I eat breakfast!
