Yay updated chart. :) I've only gone out for food once this week, and it was the first time in over a month! So I'm pretty happy about that. I'm on track of both the weekly goals for now.

Level 2 day 8 done tonight. I didn't get home till nearly 3am last night and there was no way I was gonna stay up just to get my workout in.. Lol

Who doesnt get seriously sick from doing this diet? I've not known one person who has kept the weight off after stopping the diet. Not ONE.

I got under the calorie goal, but failed the 7 day cardio. I ended up only getting 6. :( My weight this morning was 172.0 I'm a little sad because I was 170.8 on Monday LOL

If you have a nut allergy.. Then why eat nuts? That just seems like a really simple thing to do. Some good alternatives are egg whites, beef jerky (You can find good ones at health food stores without all the sodium), cottage cheese, fruits, tuna, protein bars, lentils, oatmeal, and so many more.
