Try setting small goals! If I lose 5 lbs, I will treat myself to a _________! Add me, we can motivate each other! I get "down" sometimes too!!

I do cardio AND weights each time! I found that when I was only doing cardio, I wasn't seeing as much results!! Be sure to watch your diet also! Good luck!!

I have about 30lbs to lose to reach my first goal! Current Weight: 208 1st Goal Weight: 175 I'm pushing 6ft tall and I don't remember what 175 looks like, I'll reassess once I get there. ;)

Lots of water, or sometimes I'll buy a DETOX from the local drug store!! A McDonalds BIG MAC helps my hangovers too, sad...I know!! lol
