Well, for me, though I did and do have a considerable amount to lose, it wasn't until I hit 50 or 60 lbs. that I could go down a size and not until 80 or 90 lbs. that people started noticing. But now that I got over the initial hump my sizes are decreasing more rapidly and people are noticing with fewer pounds lost.

I was in a band for many years and people are cruel, there were lots of nights that people yelled terrible things from the audience then I'd start to sing and they'd shut up but one night I was in a mood and answered back with, "Do I come to McDonald's and bother you while your at work?" The rest of the audience laughed…

Really the only thing you can do is lead by example and concentrate on your own goals. Ask her to go to the gym with you or workout with you (I don't know that…

My motivation is usually my family or my health, it has even been something as simple as the support of my co-workers, but when I'm just not feelin' it MFP is my motivation. There have been nights when I spent the entire drive home convincing myself not to go to the gym and I get on MFP and see what my friends have been…

That's awesome and your deserve congratulations however I really wish people wouldn't (not just you) use this site as a way to promote their home business ventures. Its one thing if someone asks for advice on supplements or a workout program but another entirely if you put up a profile just to sell something to the people…

Try using a stabiliity ball. Make sure that it is the correct size otherwise it's no use. Sit on the ball so your knees are parallel, roll your tush down until your tail bone is in the ball and your tush is sort of hanging off and do crunches that way. I have lost about 90 lbs now and the hanging belly is one of my biggest…
