My 21st birthday was on a Sunday. Saturday night I drank it up with friends... got pretty plastered. Ended up at a bar/dance club after midnight (since I couldn't get in until then.) I was told I danced on a pole on stage. I don't remember that happening. :ohwell:

I have to agree with you. Mine hurt like a b!tch when they put it in. Mine was put in 6 weeks after I had my twins, and it was pretty painful. Not more so than squeezing 2 kids out of me within 9 minutes, but it was definitely uncomfortable.

I have the Mirena IUD and have lost almost 100 pounds. I didn't notice significant weight gain after having it put in. About a year after I had it put in is when I became serious about losing weight, and have been very successful so far. I haven't noticed that is hinders weight loss at all. And bonus... I don't have to…

Before: 250 - Lost approximately 100 pounds total. At a stall right now, but hoping to kick it into high gear. Looking back at the old pics gives me motivation to keep going and hope that I may someday reach my goal.

I'm crazy ugly without it. I wear it daily, unless for some reason I do not plan on leaving the house, then I might not bother. But even then, I usually put some on.

Lost 50 pounds back in 2008, but gained 70 pounds throughout my twin pregnancy. I am now down approximately 90 pounds, and never going back!

BBQ chips dipped in ketchup is my weakness! My mom used to make friend potato sandwiches when I was a kid. Slice those suckers up, fry 'em in some oil, toast the bread, slap on some mayo and the friend potatoes. So nom.

I think it's super hot. Minus myself when I was pregnant. Short stature + Twin babies + Major swelling = One hot mess.
