I would put you activity level low and don't count it as an exercize. To me, that would be a normal activity. That's what I do. I work for a grocery store in the cash office and I'm literally doing everyone's job along with it.

I live about 30-45 minutes away from the NC mountains. They have plenty to do there! I love hiking the parkway and it's not too far from civilization! I Like that it's far enough to make you feel as though it is. =)

Haha! That's fine. I bet a latte would be 10x better if the coffee was already flavored! I found a version where you make a gingerbread syrup, but it still has a lot of sugar. I wish we had a Trader Joes. There's not one to be found in this part of NC, unfortunately.

The calories at the beginning are a base amount. Set as if you were to not exersize. Exersizing burns calories so it adds more. The more you exersize, the more you get to eat.

If finances are an issue, the YMCA has student rates. Idk about there, but the one by me does finacial assistance too, plus if you dont want a memebership, its $5 each visit.

I bought a new pair of shorts the beginning of summer. I started this journey 22 dats ago, and there were too big! My jeans no longer fit either! AND to top it off, my neighbor stopped me to tell me I LOOK like I lost weight! WOOO! =)

Thats not a good idea. you want the baby to be fed. I did lose weight, but it was a pregnancy-induced thyroid issue.

I usually do one of three things. 1. oatmeal 2.grits and an egg 0r 3. coffee cup scramble, which is 2 eggs, 2tbs milk, 2 tbs cheese (if you wanted) spray the cup with cooking sray, mix the ingredients, microwave 45 seconds, stir, microwave 45 more seconds. done.

i heard it was AWESOME! I've been meaning to try it myself. I use Just Dance 2 for wii, but with that, you have downtime, between songs. It still feels like a good workout and I've still lost. I hope this is helpful, even though I didn't answer your question.
