I'm also a low carber! It's worked for me also. Everyone falls off the wagon now and again, it's all about picking yourself up, dusting yourself off and remembering that tomorrow is a brand new day! :flowerforyou:

I have it totally opposite. When I re-started back on MFP in January, I was 215 pounds (I'm 5' 4"). My boyfriend is 6' 3" and 350 pounds. Neither one of us is shallow in any way. I believe that's the way it should be! He's been very supportive of my weightloss journey, but in no way does he make me feel like I NEED to lose…

I do not have my diary open. I practice a low carb lifestyle and there are too many critics who seem to have an issue with that. But I do applaud anyone that leaves their diaries open for all to view. I wish I had thicker skin to people's views and remarks!

When I re-started back in January - my ultimate goal was to lose 65 pounds. Now I'm in my 6th month and I'm down 36 pounds! I look great and I feel fantastic. You can do it too! Once you start seeing the changes, it will be addictive! I love trying new things at the gym and healthier eating has become easy! Feel free to…

My heart goes out to you! I lost my Mom to pancreatic cancer 7 years ago. I was 9 months pregnant with my youngest daughter. I know how heart wrenching it is to watch someone you love pass away. My Mom was only 48 years old when she passed. She was the only family I had. I will send you a friend request. Please feel free…

It's TOO easy to lose track...especially because there's so many ups and downs in life! Always looking for new friends to help keep me on track and…

I have 4 daughters and I work a full time job. With that and running my household (the girls do their chores) and the gym during my lunch breaks...I know where you're coming from. I just keep signing them up for 5k runs to do with me and they have so much fun that they love it! I guess whereas I lost my Mother at an early…

Those spots are for the disabled - with proper markers to be allowed to park there. Who is it to judge whether or not you THINK they have a disability or not? As for "fat arses"...most of us are or were considered obese - which is why we came to this site in the first place...come on? Really? Further, those people who park…
