  • I'm 5' 3", 19, 105 pounds, and I don't have a goal weight, but a goal body. For the past 5 weeks I've been losing body fat and building muscle in my first-ever real attempt for a body I can be proud of. Lookin to build some of them muscles. By the end of this I'm gonna look like a super hero.

  • I stopped adding salt to my meals a while ago. At first it was a bit bland but I got over it, and I think food without salt tastes even better than with it. When I eat something salty like Chinese food though, I'll just drink extra water. I personally drink about 10 cups a day (without the extra from eating salty things).…
