My current weight as of 7/22 is 188 My previous weight as of 7/8 was 192 I haven't checked in for awhile but I have been making progress! My goal next week: To remember to check in and continue with the C25K program :)

Typical college freshman moment when I went home for summer break and none of my size 12 shorts fit and when I went to the store neither did the 14's....I had gained 20 lbs in 1 year and I finally had enough!

I like Bigelow green tea with mango, peach or mint. I also have a loose hot cinnamon tea that is so sweet from the cinnamon you dont need to add anything!

I had 3/4 of a cup of chocolate cheerios with 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk and a kiwi on the side! everything for under 200 cals!

I'm 5'6'' (barely haha) and I started MFP last month at 192..now 188 shooting for 155-145. Right now I wear a 12 (sometimes 14) and would eventually want to wear an 8.

i make a salad dressing with balsamic vinegar, a little EVOO, rosemary, dijon mustard and pepperocini juice! Sooo good! and around 100 cals per serving..less if I use less EVOO!

6:00 up and dressed 7:00 breakfast 8:00-9:59 work 10:00 snack 10-11:59 work 12:00 lunch 12-1:59 work 2:00 snack 2-4:30 work 5- at home snack 6- workout 7:30-dinner 8:30- optional snack if I have the calories! 11- bedtime!

HA totally agree!! I used to be devestated that I couldn't fit into sizes at that stupid store! Also, looking forward to wearing boots over skinny jeans..my calves have been too big in the past!

good for you two going to red robin and staying under! I find that when I go there I am always way over even when I tried to stay in the healthy realm! I agree, eating in is much better for weight loss and health!

I like to do exercise classes at the gym because I'll definetly stick it out the whole hour or 90 minutes, whereas when I'm doing a workout video at home I find it is really easy to slack or quit because no one is there with you!

I used to skip breakfast or eat at work like you mentioned because I thought it would take too long to make and eat breakfast.. now i make instant high fiber oatmeal with milk everymorning..takes 2 min to make and less than 2 min to eat!!

me too! at my heaviest i was spilling out of my 38D...now 20 pounds later im wearing a 36 D and when I was smaller (around 160-150) I was a 34C...

not at all!!! i do the same thing! I hate sitting all day!! I'll walk to someones desk/office to talk instead of emailing and I try to use the rest room on a different floor or even building to get moving!!

I am on yaz too, have been for over a year...never had a problem with the awful side effects people say (knock on wood!) and also have been able to lose (and gain, thought it was my fault haha) too! Heard that it varies person to person and pill brand to pill brand!

according to the MFP food database a foot long italian BMT has ~900 cals..the light mayo and cheese are extra subway is decieving because the only pretty healthy options for sandwiches are the 6g of fat or less hoagies in the 6'' size..the rest of their sandwiches tend to be pretty caloric

i used to keep a food diary with what i thought was a healthy food plan....i logged them into MFP just to see and I was eating almost 2000 calories a day from the portions/constant snaking!!! No wonder I wasn't losing any weight haha!
