I do most of this as well. I weigh myself before my workout too but not with my shoes on then weigh myself after my work out and then when i get home from the gym weigh myself again with no clothes on then since I work midnights i go to sleep and first thing i do after I go to the bathroom when i wake up is weigh myself!!!

yeah I had to set a goal for myself, when i first started running my 1.5 miles i was at like 17 mins...my goal was to get it down to 15 mins now I am working on getting it down to a 13 min run. Then I want to work on distance i am working on 3 miles right now then after that i will try to get to 5 miles.

You could try an ace bandage too. Most of them have velcrow on them now so they will stay where youput them plus you can wear them as loose or tight as needed.

I only work 8s...11 pm to 7 am so you have a few hours on me. But I try to go for atleast an hr or 1.5 hrs. I used to work out before my shift but i felt like it was cutting my day short. Now I sleep better cause i am extra tired lol.

I work midnights too! 11 pm to 7 am. Ive been on here for a couple months now fell off the wagon a time or two as well! Gettin back on recently!

It always helps me to go running do some kinda physical activity to keep my mind off of it. Or I cuddle up in bed get comfy to the point where i dont want to move so its less appealing to eat cause id have to get up to get it. Be strong!!!!

Hey I know how it goes! I have those days where I cant stand looking at myself everything looks fat and flubby! Then other days I am excited at how I look and things are great! But today was deff a ugh look at me kinda day! One of those days where you skip looking in the mirror all together! We all have been there!!!!

I work at a police dept. I run a camera system that is located in the high crime areas of the city. I also help to message officers give them information on their jobs before getting onscene and run our shotspotter system. With hopes to get on the road some day myself, its harder than it looks!

I do agree with you SpaceMarkus. For instance as much as I hate admitting this when I first started running I could HARDLY finish a 1.5 mile run and it was taking me upwards of 17:30 mins to do it. Now I am running it in 14:44 and still continuing to lose time every time I run it for time. Also I am now running 2.5 miles…
