Ohh I do the sprite too when I don't have tonic, also good with some of the crystal light flavors.....hmmm, maybe I just shouldn't drink when I don't have tonic....now I'm wondering if I have a problem, this is not the time for self-evaluation!

have you tried the spinach artichoke anytime snack? 190 calories and I think it is really good. It works great for me for a midday snack because I tend to eat 3 smaller meals around 200-250 calories each during the day and then eat dinner. Love the spinach and artichoke dip!

I always buy the flavored varieties with the fruit in the bottom as well. It is my staple for breakfast most days. I really like the blueberry and black cherry flavors. I've never tried the plain though. A friend of mine puts granola in the fruit varieties as well. I just eat the fruit varieties alone.
