Here's mine! Started out at 297 on the left and now down to 246!

I'm 35 and I've lost almost 50 pounds now. Being in your 30s really isn't an excuse imo. I stick to around 1500-1700 calories a day and I lose about 3 pounds a week. You can do it. Just have to be careful what you eat and have willpower. We all have our ups and downs. Don't feel too bad about yourself when you fall. Just…

I've been around the 1500-1700 calorie range my entire time on the site and I've lost now close to 50 pounds since December. It definitely works. It isn't painful. Just have to watch what you eat. I get full throughout the day with the food I eat. Good luck! :)

Fast food. That stuff still has a hold on me. Trying to lower our visits to those places as much as I can. Really hard when they're on every frakkin block! lol

Well here's me. Around Christmas, I was about 297 pounds. I'm currently a shade under 253. Feels great to see progress. :)
