Have you considered the Nuva Ring? I have had a tremendous experience with it after having unbelievable issues with every other birth control I tried. I had Sonny's Wednesday Night and ordered the lunch portion of sliced pork. They list it in Fitness Pal as 4.5 oz of meat. I think the sides are the same regardless. I don't know what the dinner portion is.

Ab Ripper after Jillian is beastly for me!!! Sometimes I can't even get all the way through. I do better in the mornings than in the afternoon. I only do the shred every other day though on the days I don't run. The days I run, I bike or elliptical or yoga in the evening.

I try to work out twice a day. I do the shred and follow it with P90X Ab Ripper in the morning and then bike or elliptical at night. I'm not sure about the calories. Still trying to figure that out. I would Shred only for the first week or so before adding other exercise to it.
