I was actually in 4th grade.. The teachers were talking about it, but of course they wouldn't turn the tv on for us cause we were so young. But, when i got home that's when i really knew what happened. I stayed glued to the tv for the rest of the day watching the news.

Reese cups, i just can't give them up! Red velvet cake, haven't had any since before i started my diet. Planning to have some for my birthday though! :) Chocolate milkshakes, rare treat once in a while -- Things i've given up on are Lay's salt and vinegar chips, McDonalds, and soda. I use to have those constantly

- White bread, never knew why i ate it before.. Wheat bread is much better! - Soda, i'll have a diet soda every once in a while though - McDonalds.. it disgusts me now - Pizza Things i could neverr give up are: Reese cups, peter pan peanut butter, red velvet cake, chocolate cake, and so on (in moderation of course!) ;)

I eat breakfast at 9, lunch at 1, have a snack at 4:30, then dinner somewhere between 6-7.. oh, then another snack between 9 and 10. :)

I have that problem too! Sometimes at the end of the day i'll only have around a 1000 logged.. And i don't eat my exercise calories.

I like having 1200 as my limit. I eat 3 meals a day and have 2 snacks.. I eat when i'm hungry and i'm full every time i eat, plus i'm losing weight. Works for me.

When i bought my scale, i was weighing myself every single day. Now it's once a week for me, only on Friday. :)
