These are some of my few do's and don'ts DO: Eat cleanly (no preservatives, high fructose corn syrup) Workout regularly Choose whole wheat over light bread Plan my meals ahead Weigh myself once a week DON'T: Over indulge/binge Have regrets Get discouraged about my weight loss Weigh myself everyday :smile:

This morning i had a packet of quaker original oatmeal w/ almond milk (vanilla) then i stirred in a tablespoon of peanut butter. Yum :)

If i had a dime for everytime someone asked that question, lol.. It depends on your own body. Try eating them back and if you're not losing/maintaining.. then don't eat them. I don't eat mine back at all.
