I agree that no two days are the same, I just thought it was an interesting part of this site, and wondered how many people actually have seen close results by sticking close to their daily routines. Thanks for the responses. :)

I think I am going to try lowering the amount of exercise calories I eat. After all if I am eating the required amount of food each day, exercise, and then eat a little more I should still be healthy. Thank you, I did not even think to look at my weekly totals as well, I am well under for my weekly totals, I have been eating just under my calories everyday. I was trying to eat close to but not over every time so I have a deficit for the week still even with the 223 extra. I am a huge water drinker alreayd 15 for the day…

That is what I have been thinking all along, it sounded funny that it was an option, even if it does burn calories! Thanks guy, that confirmed my original thoughts, I just want to make sure I have the best chance of success with this new tool. I have already felt the difference since joining.
