I find myself doing the same thing. So hard for me to see what I have done when all I can think about is how far I still need to go. Sounds like we both need to work on taking compliments.

I was 35 when I have to have C7 T1 fused. After having it done I wish I would have not waited so long to do it. It is amazing how much better I felt when I woke up. Yes there was pain, but the pain was not the same. Best wishes and I hope you are pain free before long.

I am going to go float the river without a shirt on. Be the first time in over 25 years that I have gone out in public without a shirt on.
