I do have a job,in a restaurant too :(. but i was thinking workout around 11a.m nap before work ..get of work ..get to bed by 1 a.m and have 10 hrs of sleep before i have to workout again.. it would just be for 30 days..I just really want to finish all of my p90x, but want to do asylum before the season..

i quit cold turkey..today is day 27..Drinking lots of water and eating higher protein foods is helping me a lot!!

MFP's protein pars are set real low first of all.. And protein can actually aid in weight loss!! Protein takes a longer time to digest which keeps your body burning calories breaking it down also keeps you fuller longer so you will eat less!! hope this helps!!:wink: :wink: :wink:

I downloaded it on my iphone.... im going to start monday!!! Thanks..this is all i needed was mainly a guide..I am very ambitious and i think all i need is a guideline to go by instead of just going out and running, having a running workout like couch to 5k will help me, because i have certain task to complete each day!!

Mind over matter!!! Yes of course your not going to make it through every move and every second!! Just stop take a 5-7 sec rest and jump back in..If you notice the people on the dvd cant even get through everything.. As matter of fact Shaun T dont even make it through every move!! just keep digging..It will get easier!!

You might as well wait until you do the exercise, because you will most likely have to go back and change something, because until you do the workout you don't know how many calories you burn!!!

I dont know how much you weigh or how tall you are, but eating under 1200 calories while working out is probably not the best! maybe you should up your cals and make sure to eat back your workout calories that you burn!!
