9/1 thru 9/13 = 46.46 9/14 = 1.35 - not a good exercise day. Spent all day doing schoolwork. Yuck. Managed to do 2 planks all day - that's it. Total for September so far: 47.81 Monday. Ugh.

Hello. I am new to MFP by about a week. I love it. This is exactly what I needed to get back on track and stay focused on eating better and losing weight.
