I use both, but there are just certain things more easier to do on laptop, tablet or PC and the challenges and message boards are not APP friendly to me. So I use my laptop and PC at work for the message boards and challenges for sure.

I lost 8.6 pounds since last Monday!! OMG! Congrats on weigh in!! I weigh most days of the week also. Everyone can't do the daily weigh ins. I personally love them and attribute them to my success and keeping my weight off from my WLS. See you on next weeks thread! Good night!
