@joans1976 -- Congrats!! The scale is still moving in the right direction overall....I have days like that also. A maintain means you are doing something right. Sometimes our bodies just have to catch up or they want to hold on to those mean fat cells :neutral: Keep up the good work!

I love all this talk about DANCING! I used to love to dance....I will try dancing more even though I can't cut a rug like I use to I can still shake a tail feather or two!! Thanks for the inspiration ladies!! I had already decided this round to make my goal 4 sessions of 15 min intentional exercise sessions per 10 day.
