I look forward to a flatter tummy mostly but i would like my arms to have a nice shape... the best way to get rid of the inner thigh problem is do lots of different lunges,,, lunge to feel them burning.... Good luck everyone..

It all depends on you.. I would say 5 to 10 pounds good luck to you :) i set my weight loss to lose 5 pounds a month sometimes i do and sometimes i dont it depends on my eating and workouts, i try to workout at least 4 times a week and try to burn 300 to 400 calories... You can do this..... :)

yea i am a plant fitness member also and the 30 min circuit training is intense a great workout i would say for sure you are burning at least 300 calories. as for the steps in the center that's exactly what u use them for its just like step aerobics go at it, at the best pace for you...

wow fantastic weight loss i have been doing zumba at home for 3 and a half months and lost 18 pounds i was averaging around 5 pounds a month, i have slowed down on zumba i do it twice a week and then go to the gym and sweat my butt off.... Congrats to you thats a great workout :)

I normally drink 4 or 5 cups of water a day, i have been trying to reach at least 8 lately.... I don't drink soda, and occasionally i might have some juice....

After you lose your first 10 pounds mfp will ask you if you would like to change your goals, i started out at one pound per week but depending on how many calories i would burn i would usually lose 1.5 pounds a week. now that i have lost 16 pounds it has changed my calories and set my weight loss to 1.5 pounds a week.…

Yay I lost another 2 pounds and i am on my period too lol so i am retaining a lot of water.... I am down to 172 now i am so close to my goal for October.... Super Excited :happy:

uuugggghhhhh..........:frown: .and gggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr................ :angry: i am so bloated and have the worst cramps/pain i haven't felt this bad since way b4 i had my daughter, midol sux right now, i need chocolate and a massage and a hot compress i will be lucky if i accomplish any calorie burning this weekend. :cry:

Remember though that muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are looking lean and tone then you are definitely building up a good muscle workout... keep it up and yes you need to feed your body i always eat at least 1,000 calories a day. your body needs the food to keep your metabolism going....
