Other than limiting the sodium, fat, and sugar....another thing is drinking "fruit juice". Fruit juice has a large amt of sugar and carbs with literally no fiber to counderact the carb intake. I generally don't do breakfast. Breakfast to me is the breakfast tacos, pancakes, french toast, donuts, sausage, bacon, etc. All the stuff thats bad for you. If going out to eat, I usually get a meal with a salad. I eat most of the salad and put the meal in a to go box. I have no intention of eating the main course there. I will then divide the main course up between 2 days. Thus I get about 3 meals in one. I drink alot of unsweet tea with my meal which fills me up.

Unfortunately I'm not a water drinker...can't drink hardly any without feeling full and bloated. So therefore I probably stay dehydrated. Only thing I usually drink is 1-2 large coffees a day with occasional unsweetened tea or sugar free kool aid. I know I need to try to find a way to improve on this.

I have the day and night...30 day wear contacts so I can leave them in for 30 days straight then throw them away after the 30 days. I love these contacts!

I worked the evening shift for many years until my kids started having games and such. Then I went to nights...that was worse. I constantly ate high calorie, high sugar and fatty foods to stay awake....that was the start of my tremendous wt gain
