Morning Everyone I hope you all are well. I am on level 3 day 3 of RI30 and boy are my shoulders and legs killing me. The thing I love most about Jillian's workouts is that every level has different exercises that trick the body. I hope you all are kicking butt in your workouts.

DLD53 Thanks and yes those duck walks are very tough and my legs are killing me this morning but I feel great and that is my motivation to continue. Hi everyone I am currently doing RI30 I am on week 2 Day 4. It is a challenge and I haven't lost much weight but I am losing inches. I didn't measure myself since I don't have a measuring tape but I can tell by how my clothes fit. I look forward to inspiring you and vice versa.
