So....don't be friends with them? Are you on here to make yourself healthier or to make other people healthier? If the answer is to make other people healthier, you're on here for the wrong reasons. I too have an ED and I really wouldn't care if someone deleted me because of it. I'm not their problem and I would honestly…

Ummmm yes you can build muscle if you're exercising.

Ohh, OP you would not like driving with or near me. I'm a bad driver rsrs. I blame learning to drive in a major city for that though. I haaate when people use the wrong your/you're or their/there/they're or don't use a question mark after the word "what" (i.e. "what.") It also really bothers me when people use i.e. instead…

Butt. rsrsrs just kidding (maybe...) I actually like eyes in men and women. They're just so expressive and sexy.

I don't wear 1-shoulder dresses, but I do wear backless dresses. I don't like sticky boobs, so I bought one of those convertible bras that can be worn 20 different ways or something. The straps come off if you're wearing something sleeveless, or there's an extra thing that hooks on to the back so you can wrap it around…

Your hair and skin look really healthy :)

Awww my valentine is my boyf Jeremy. We'll have been dating 2 years next sunday. It kind of sucks because we have a long distance relationship, but we try to see each other about once/month. I get to see him next weekend for our anniversary and then in March, we're going to LA to visit his grandfather. Yaay

Chew gum! Extra has Dessert Delight gum - apple pie, orange cream, key lime pie, strawberry shortcake, and mint chocolate chip ice cream. That's what I always chew when I want something sweet. It's like eating a big bowl of ice cream for only 5 calories. It's wonderful.

You could always be gaining muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat, so you may actually start gaining some weight if you're eating less and exercising more.

I haven't gotten to 1200 calories in a week. I can't handle more than a certain amount of food or I'll throw up. I happen to eat meals low in calories that are very filling for me and I eat at most 950 calories/day (rarely do I exceed 1000). That's not net calories, that's just straight up calories. I don't feel sick…

Haters gonna hate. But besides that, honestly, what's wrong with cleavage? Most women have some (and even if they don't, push up bras exist). It's not a big deal to me. Why censor women's breasts in general? Men have nipples too and they don't get censored. I can go to the beach and see a morbidly obese man with moobs…

I say stay with the coffee. One shot of espresso has only 5 calories. Just add splenda instead of sugar and you'll be good (or add some Bailey's or Kahlua mmmmm [though that will add a bunch of extra calories])
-
Using a calorie counter makes me super anxious too. I've gotten better though. When I first started I couldn't bring myself to eat more than 600-700 calories/day. Now I'm up to 800-900. I know that doesn't seem like a lot, but adding 300 calories/day is pretty big (a 50% increase from what I was eating).
-
I still see myself as fat, even after losing 90 pounds (I weigh ~115 now). I know I'm smaller because I wear smaller sizes, but I still feel huuuuuge =/ I will be the first to admit I have an ED though and yes, I'm in treatment.
-
I have the same problem, but worse =/ I've been eating really slowly and I get full quickly and I can never seem to eat more than 800-900 cal/day...but it's not like I feel hungry at all. My boyfriend was trying to make me eat more yesterday after I'd only eaten 700 calories and I felt miserable and eventually got to 900…

I'm 5'3", currently somewhere around 115 (I haven't weighed myself recently) and I'm trying to get down to 110 (perhaps even 105).
