I just had three slices of cheese pizza. No biggie. Life goes on!

There should be no rules here. The seat is wherever it is when you arrive. Doesn't matter if you're male or female. You have no God-given right to see the seat in any particular position when you arrive to do your business. That is all.
-
Why do women think they have the God-given right to see the seat down every time they enter a bathroom? Don't we have the God-given right to always see the seat up whenever we enter? The whole debate is ridiculous. In my house, we've solved the problem: we each have our own bathroom.

No, you're not.

I don't think it means "unlimited consumption." It means "all that a reasonable person can eat," not "all that a gluttonous fool can eat"!
-
How is this a "men" issue? Can't women be bad message takers, too?
-
You don't "use" cottage cheese. You eat it. Just eat it. It's good all by itself.

I've used the IM function in FB, but only rarely, and I haven't done it for years and years. I mean, if I were 14, I could see myself IM'ing on a regular basis. But as an adult? Um, no.

Too bad this calculator is just for women. Even so, my "happy weight" is 177, which is just 3 lbs. below my goal weight.

Whether "Biff" was "right" to cut into the line, or you were "wrong" to call him on it, is irrelevant. I've found that life's too short to get worked up about stuff like this. As you correctly pointed out, Biff isn't going to change. All you did today was raise your own blood pressure. And you still don't feel any better…

I'd never heard of it until this post. It's a mobile app?

I've always hated this saying. And whoever made it up has never had a really, really great burger or pizza.

Here's the issue, in my opinion. You don't know for sure what your TDEE really is. No one does for sure. But those calculators on the Internet aren't very good. Here's how I know: I bought a Bodymedia FIT ("BMF") armband. If you're not familiar, it's a device that you wear on your arm; it has sensors; and it reads some…

Does the fact that you're eating the oats raw make them "healthier"?

The average high temps in Georgia in the summer are about 90. Now look at the chart in the middle of this web page, and especially the "monthly normal" temperatures in Phoenix in June, July, and August. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Climate_of_Arizona Temps of 115 and above are common. Like everyday common. Yes, people from…

Of course.

You just do it! For me, I'm not a big biker or hiker, but I work outside in my yard a lot, for example. It sucks when it's 110 outside, but you get through it. The two keys are: (1) lots and lots of sunscreen, and (2) lots and lots of water. Skimp on either one and you're in big trouble! Plus, if you're an early…

So what? Look, I've lost 14 lbs. in the last 7.5 weeks, eating bread and/or pasta every day. I even eat Red Baron frozen pizza, for cryin' out loud.

Exactly. I couldn't make heads or tails of the OP's post!

It's one of my favorite shows, although I don't catch it as much as I'd like to anymore. I hope it's not over yet. But if the end is near, I can't wait to find out who the hell Ted married!

It's pretty well known that it's best to depersonalize your house when you sell it. Prospective buyers want to picture themselves in your house, and that's difficult to do when it's filled with things like a gazillion family photos. Use that as the hook to get your husband to clear most (if not all) of that stuff off the…

Absolutely incredible! Congratulations!

Get real. This guy didn't come here for "support." He came here to stir up the ****. And he succeeded.
-
Incredilble results! I can't believe you're rockin' a 31-inch waist. Man, that's skinny! Congrats! :drinker:

My Bodymedia FIT armband. I used to scoff at people who wore these. But now I see why: it's the best $200 I ever spent.

It's an acquired taste. If you haven't acquired it by now ... well, you probably won't. The only other thing I can recommend is herbal tea, which can taste like just about anything. I like a nice mint tea every now and again.

It's a catchy headline, no? Maybe I should have been a journalist?

What are you, a plaintiff's class-action lawyer or something?!? But seriously, you're correct about the basic concept of a class action. Because each consumer's alleged damages are very small, it wouldn't make economic sense to pursue these claims individually. The class action is the only vehicle by which a large…
