I have been doing Ten Minute Trainer since early July. I am going to do it for another three weeks and then switch to Slim in Six. I just sent in my Coach application today. I plan on adding other programs in the future. Definitely hooked on working out at home. I have also started running more. Just did my first 10k and I…

Thanks for the friend request. I have been doing it for about six weeks now. I like the variety. It is a good workout that doesn't over-strain any particular muscle group. I have to agree with this. I am 5'6" and my goal weight is 142. I could probably go a bit lower and will re-evaluate once I get there. But at 5'7" and 130, you probably need to focus more on toning up, not the number on the scale.

Thanks for the tip!

Ten-minute trainer by Team Beachbody and 30-day Shred are good. When I was first getting started, I also enjoyed many of the free short workouts on the SparkPeople website. Great for anyone who has been inactive for a long time.

Add me to the taking vitamins list, too!
